Team Hierarchy
Team Fusion consists of three main sub-teams (Robot, Business, & Construction). Each of these sub-teams is broken up into different branches.
Each of these teams are broken into more specific sub-groups so people can better specialize in certain things. More on these sub-groups further down the page.
Each member is required to be apart of two sub-groups to increase productivity and give more chances for learning a variety of skills.
Leadership Positions
Team Captain
The Team Captain’s job is to look over each of the sub-teams and ensure they are functioning as they should. They are also responsible for keeping up with general team organization, consistently checking on members and leads, running team meetings, and overall being the main manager of the team outside the Lead Mentor.
Team Leads
The Lead’s job is to manage their respective sub-groups, delegate tasks, ensure that people are working and staying on task, answer sub-team related questions, and teach members skills and information related to that sub-group.
Parts of the team
Team Fusion consists of three sub-teams (Robot, Business, & Construction). Each of these sub-teams is broken up into different branches. All of these groups combine their unique talents to work towards a larger goal.
Robot is split into three branches:
-CAD/Design + Machining (Designs, 3D models, prototypes, and makes parts for robot)
-Mechanical/Electrical (Constructs, wires, and tests mechanisms for the robot)
-Programming (Programs the robots teleop and autonomous to function properly)
Business is split into two branches :
-Chairman’s (Writes, films, and presents submissions for the Chairman’s award)
-Media (Split into two more branches)
~General Media (Manages our social medias, takes pictures of the team, and may create videos for the team)
~Website (Manages our team website)
Construction only has one branch:
–Construction! (Constructs our wooden practice field for when the robot is ready to be tested)
